Is Your Laundry Room Pulling Double Duty?

Does your laundry room do double or triple duty as storage for a million other categories? Make the most of your multi-use space by recognizing and organizing to it’s key purpose, LAUNDRY! As painful as it may be, emptying out this area will be your best bet at getting a handle on exactly what’s going on in your space. Identity anything that really doesn’t NEED to be in your laundry room. The less categories you have, the easier it will be to keep the clutter under control.

Consider finding another area for household utility items, such as light bulbs and batteries (more on that category later), and giving your laundry room a little extra love with:

  1. Glass bottles & jars look nice and make inventory a breeze.
  2. Baskets to store extra dryer sheets, laundry bags, etc. in a tidy manner.
  3. A touch of décor to brighten up the space.

Many of us spend a lot of time in our laundry room. Make it a space that invites you in!
